At OldTribes, we honor the craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
